1. Booking and Payment

Your session is confirmed once payment has been received in full. Payment secures your date and covers my time, preparation, and editing.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Life happens — if you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your session may not be refundable, though I’ll always do my best to accommodate changes.

3. Image Delivery

Your edited images will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe.

You’ll receive a selection of high-resolution files suitable for both print and online use.

4. Usage

When you purchase a photograph from James Lovett Photography, you receive a perpetual license to use it.

This means you can use your images forever for your business or personal needs — including on your website, in print materials, online articles, and across your social media channels.

You’re welcome to crop or resize images for your own use, but please avoid adding filters or edits that change the style or quality of the image.

Images may not be resold or used by third parties without written permission.

5. Model Release

By booking a session, you grant James Lovett Photography permission to use selected images from your session for marketing and promotional purposes — including my website, portfolio, social media, and printed materials.

Images will always be used respectfully and never in a misleading or negative context.

If you’d prefer your images not to be used publicly, just let me know in writing before or immediately after your session.

6. Liability

Every effort is made to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.

In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the return of all payments received.

By submitting your booking and payment, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
